“Speaking is simply writing out loud—with a heartbeat.”
I’m more than a queer Buddhist writer or practitioner. I share lived experiences that carry tenderness, insight, and fierce authenticity into every space, classroom, and circle I enter.
My voice is rooted in contemplative wisdom, lived LGBTQ+ experience, and a deep commitment to making Dharma radically inclusive.
Beyond conducting workshops and talks, I also host writing retreats in Thailand and Nepal, creating quiet spaces where participants can slow down, reflect deeply, and explore their stories through writing and contemplative practice.
Through talks, workshops, writing retreats, and intimate reflections, I explore the intersection of spirituality, sexuality, and healing—challenging outdated narratives while inviting honest, heart-centered dialogue.
Whether you’re hosting a retreat, academic panel, community gathering, or online event, I offer sharings and guidance that aim to connect, ground, and inspire.
